RIGHT ON TIME

All shipping is administered centrally from the Chr. Olesen Group Headquarters in Copenhagen with a 24 hour access to the shipping department which has an overview of the location of the large numbers of containers on their way around the world.

With each agreement of delivery, the Chr. Olesen Group, through close contact with the shipping company, follows up on the delivery status of the goods. An optimal flow of documents follows each delivery to a customer.

When the Chr. Olesen Group has confirmed that the goods have been received, they are invoiced immediately, at which point the customer receives additional documents and certificates of analysis per facsimile. As a result, the goods delivered can be immediately incorporated into the buyer's production.
